Privacy,
without delusion.
Delusional is designed to collect only what is needed to run your ritual, keep your evidence private, and manage your subscription.
What we collect
Account information. If you sign in, we receive your name and email address from the sign-in provider.
Your content. Goals, daily actions, streaks, and completion history are stored on your device. Photo evidence you choose to upload is stored privately and tied to your signed-in account.
AI requests. When you request a personalized move, the text of your goal is sent to our AI processing provider, Jatevo, solely to generate that suggestion.
Purchases. Apple processes iOS payment details. We receive subscription status and transaction identifiers, not your full card number.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the app, generate goal-specific suggestions, store evidence you choose to upload, restore purchases, prevent misuse, and provide support. We do not sell personal information or use third-party advertising trackers.
Retention and control
Device-local data stays until you clear it or remove the app. Uploaded photos are retained while your account is active or until you request deletion. You can use the app without an account, but photo uploads require sign-in.
Service providers
Delusional uses Apple for iOS payments, ChatGPT infrastructure for optional authentication, Jatevo for AI-generated suggestions, and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and private storage. Each provider processes only the information needed for its role.
Safety and age
Delusional is a self-belief and habit tool, not medical or mental-health care. It is not directed to children under 13.
Questions or deletion requests
Email us to request help, access, or deletion of account-linked evidence. We may need to verify ownership before fulfilling a request.
